On May 12th Lepida organised a meeting with the title “The dematerialization of social Justice processes”, in order to share what has been done about this topic and which opportunities have been offered to the interested and available for digitalisation parties.
The meeting, attended by nearly 60 people from Municipalities or territorial Unions, was opened by Councilman Calvano and the CEO Frieri, who confirmed the support of the Region to the Municipalities and Unions that will take part in the project.
The Resilience and Recovery National Plan is a great chance to renew the digital features and functionalities that local Institutions have at their disposal.
Several bid are being made, for example, to simplify the digitalisation of existing systems, which are already in use in Data Centres, or to secure solution already in place, or to enable the migrations toward system or production chains’ Clouds; other bids are related to the massive use of authentication systems based on SPID, CIE and Open ID connect, or concerning portals for citizens.
The first design “sprint” of the Bologna Living Lab (LL4), which is part of the European project PRECINCT, is close to its end.
The Project, which aims to increase the resilience of critical infrastructures, is raising the awareness of the interconnection which exists among the several networks that cross each other in Bologna’s node.
LepidaTV’s new website is finally online, completely renewed in both its graphic and informative components, featuring a modern and impactful layout. The restyling does not only concern the visual elements, but also functionalities and contents presentation, which have been reorganised to simplify the classification and the users’ choice.
In his introductory speech, during the first meeting between Lepida and Bologna Association of Engineers, Vincenzo Tizzani, the Representative of Bologna Association of Information Engineers, underlined how the agreement between Lepida and the Association aims at offering a technical support for school activities digitalization, in line with the networks realised by Lepida, to the regional scholastic system.
The actions concerning processes planning and risks evaluation, aimed to support the regional Agency for the territory security and the Civil Protection are ongoing, as outlined in the 30th april 2021 Prime Minister's Directive, “guidelines for the disposition of Civil Protection plans on different territorial levels”. The provision aims to homogenize the methods of planning of the Civil Protection, at different territorial and institutional levels: national, regional, territorial and organizational, municipal; moreover, it states that the plans should be natively digital.
During the pandemic it has been pointed out the fundamental role of the Electronic Health Record (Fascicolo Sanitario Elettronico), which efficiency has been improved through the regulatory modification planned in 2020 in the Revamping Decree.
The collaboration begun during year 2021 with the Agency for Territorial Security and Civil Protection has started a new branch of activity: the digitalization aimed to support the handling of hydraulic risks. This kind of risk is particularly relevant for the territory of Emilia-Romagna, which turns out to be among the regions with higher risk level, in an average hydraulic danger scenery evaluation, concerning the population at flooding’s risk.
