The Fascicolo Sanitario Elettronico (FSE) is the tool which allows the citizen to keep track and look up its own health history, sharing it with healthcare workers.
Lepida’s WiFi Access Points installations are continuing as part of the European Project WiFi4EU. After the activations in Bomporto, Valsamoggia and Coriano, indoor and outdoor APs have been activated in Ravenna, Voghiera and Pianoro.

In his introductory speech, during the first meeting between Lepida and Bologna Association of Engineers, Vincenzo Tizzani, the Representative of Bologna Association of Information Engineers, underlined how the agreement between Lepida and the Association aims at offering a technical support for school activities digitalization, in line with the networks realised by Lepida, to the regional scholastic system.
Since January 19th, in Emilia-Romagna, it is possible to autotest for the positivity or negativity to SARS-CoV-2 virus with a rapid antigenic swab and, therefore, formally begin or end the isolation period.
The actions concerning processes planning and risks evaluation, aimed to support the regional Agency for the territory security and the Civil Protection are ongoing, as outlined in the 30th april 2021 Prime Minister's Directive, “guidelines for the disposition of Civil Protection plans on different territorial levels”. The provision aims to homogenize the methods of planning of the Civil Protection, at different territorial and institutional levels: national, regional, territorial and organizational, municipal; moreover, it states that the plans should be natively digital.
During the pandemic it has been pointed out the fundamental role of the Electronic Health Record (Fascicolo Sanitario Elettronico), which efficiency has been improved through the regulatory modification planned in 2020 in the Revamping Decree.
The collaboration begun during year 2021 with the Agency for Territorial Security and Civil Protection has started a new branch of activity: the digitalization aimed to support the handling of hydraulic risks. This kind of risk is particularly relevant for the territory of Emilia-Romagna, which turns out to be among the regions with higher risk level, in an average hydraulic danger scenery evaluation, concerning the population at flooding’s risk.
The realization of the new optical fibre infrastructure, along 19 kilometers of Emilia Romagna’s coastline, is now in progress.
This operation, possible thanks to regional fundings, aims at activating an Ultra Broadband WiFi service on the seafronts of the different seaside resorts, in order to grant this necessary service to these areas, which are characterized by an intense flow of tourism.
The activities concerning the agreement signed by Lepida and the Central and Northern Adriatic Sea Port Authority, in order to complete the Ultra Broadband network in Ravenna’s harbour, are now over, as foreseen by the Agenda Digitale national plan and the National Plan of Port Facilities and Logistics.
