Making digital truly accessible means creating the conditions for no one to fall behind, especially when it comes to public services.
On November 26th, in the Library of the Legislative Assembly of the Emilia-Romagna Region, this statement took shape with the officialization of the Integrated Action Plan and the signing of the Manifesto for Digi-Inclusion, as part of the URBACT Digi-Inclusion project.
To ensure continuity of stakeholder involvement beyond the project's duration, the members of the Urbact Local Group defined the Integrated Action Plan and shaped together the Manifesto as a common reference.
The vision is clear: a digitally inclusive community, where every citizen can access and benefit from digital services in an informed way.
The Plan translates into concrete actions: digital proximity desks, training of facilitators, intergenerational education and exchange of good practices.
The Manifesto thus becomes a shared basis for governance and accountability for 2026-2030.
The signing of the Regional Councilor for the Digital Agenda and representatives of the Metropolitan City and the Municipality of Bologna marked the most crucial moment of the whole event.
