An historic milestone for public connectivity in Emilia-Romagna: the EmiliaRomagnaWiFi network, a free, public and open service promoted by the Region and run by Lepida, has reached and exceeded the threshold of 7 million unique users in just one year, with an increase of more than 55% in just 12 months. 

A surprising result, which far exceeded the initial expectations and that consolidates our Region as one of the most advanced territories at a national level on a free and widespread digital access point of view.

This continuous and regular trend suggests that the number of users won’t stop increasing in the coming months, confirming the usefulness, accessibility and reliability of this network for an increasingly wider and more diverse audience.
