A Chilean delegation, composed by various experts in healthcare, informatics and organization, was hosted by Lepida in an interesting lecture on: “Healthcare systems organization, ICT and telemedicine”. 

The meeting took place on November 28th in the Third Tower of the Emilia-Romagna Region; after Gianluca Mazzini’s (General Manager of Lepida) warm welcoming, there was a thorough presentation of the Emilia-Romagna health system and its innovations, which are also being implemented in our Region thanks to the PNRR funds. 

The debate was stimulated by a passionate and fruitful discussion about the Electronic Health Record, the monitoring dashboard for critical parameters , telemedicine and the risks and opportunities of AI.

The visit of the Chilean delegation has become a recurring event and represents an important opportunity for the exchange of experiences and projects at international level, and it has been renewed year after year. 

For 2025, therefore, we are looking forward to the organization of a meeting on new crucial topics to share and develop together.
